Coming into the mix I already knew the type of energy I wanted to capture. Since I'm based in New York I feel the changes of the seasons and it affects my mood in music and in general. This mix is essentially the arc into the warmer weather. We've spent the last year in a pandemic but there seemingly seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel. The music captures the dance music i've been listening to. For the past year I've heavily been changing my sound in the best way possible. This music will make you move. Afro-house/ Dance/ House has resonated with me for some time but it was seeing my friends and DJ's that I looked up to put out music that made me go full into it now. I've had so much fun discovering and playing new music I really see it going far.
