I thought I’d write an apology for being gone so long. But then I thought better. I’m not sorry. I came back to life in that solace. Consciously uncommitting to commitments, taking a step back instead of another step forward; It was an effort worth exerting. Resting is full of life. Resting is life-giving. Resting is how mortals keep going. And now, now with rest I gave myself, I am coming back with intention. RE-EMERGENCE : The process of becoming conscious again.
